Lakeside kicked off PARP 2024 with the theme of “Cheer on a Good Book” for the Super Bowl time of year.

They held a PARP pep rally on Feb. 1 with special guests from the John F. Kennedy High School football team and cheerleading squad to get pepped up for reading!

On day 2, from superhero-themed sleepwear to snuggly blankets, students rocked the comfiest styles while diving into the world of books.

Special thanks to the PTA's PARP Committee, as well as school librarian Melissa Levine for coordinating these events.
